IntroductionThe Entrepreneur Motivational Training (EMT) module has given strength to all fellows to fix concrete goals and self-assurance. In this module instructor Miss.Rita Sengupta has taught fellows many things through games, psychological test, through these activities fellows realized themselves and fellows have came to know about what are conditions of fellows goal and abilities, this module has made fellows as a real entrepreneur thinkers.
Module DescriptionThe EMT module is like psychological training because this module defends on fellows thinking, confident, assumptions.
The Instructor started the module through treasurer hunting game and for this game the instructor gave 9 points to cover.
The goal fixation through throwing rings from their comfort zone(numbers) towards goal (point)then instructor using this game taught to fellows about risk (high risk, low risk),confidence, challenges, positive terms and negative terms. Through this game the instructor taught about help (external) and internal capacity/characteristics.
Then the instructor taught fellows very important term Achievement imagery in this the instructor has gave detail clarification of AI elements successful goal reaching those,
If someone has planned for start any activity/orgnisation or they wants to bring effective changes in present activities. During work/activity knowingly or unknowingly they usually start to feel positively and negatively about their performance and beneficiaries feedback, also during performing activity problems are common those either internal (BP (block personal))or external(BW (block worldly))for sallow problem or bring effectively in activity they wants some needs for that they get help from others after getting help they start their activities they prepare goal achievement thema on the bases of that theama they Performance and assume about their goal it will failure or success.
Later instructor taught about dependency, without depend parents a baby can’t grow up like dependency, independence, interdependency are very helpful for doing any individual or team works, fellows performed assigned skit by those skit instructor gave feedback for proper using Achievement imagery elements. Then they gave score for their ‘orientation elementary’ sheet and ‘who am I? ‘Assignments which they write in last calls. Then instructor conducted one more activities of boat making for give detail inform about production and business.
Key PointsTower building activity was started to give a clear picture about the need of humans from basic needs for self achievement including help (external supports).
Ring throwing game was taught for goal setting on the basis of internal and external capacity, confidence and risk taking.
High risk takers low/no risk takers and moderate start for thinking about futures for possibility for better success and causes failures.
Achievement imaginary (AI) chart is only one of the valid formats for knowing detail information regarding central characters views and project plan. It will help fellows to easily find weak and strong points and possibilities for better success through fulfilling weaknesses.
Entrepreneur game is the first step to learn more about proper planning, needs, confidence, resource utilization, external support, challenges and effects on individual and whole groups.
What I learntBy the entrepreneur orientation inventory scoring sheet (it find out my internal or external locus of control) I come to know my present position of entrepreneur qualities for that what are the possibilities are there in improvement.
Risk taking has made me to high risk will help us lot in future to easily reach our goal by fulfilling all needs.
External supports are needed in goal reach throw help me can get more idea and participation for fulfilling gaps or quickly reaching.
I am clearly come to know the difference between internal characteristics and external characteristics and how I am useful for being social entrepreneurs to achieving my goal.
