IntroductionAn organisation has almost permanent and continuous existence but, its work force dose not remain constant all the time some workers leave the organization and some new workers join it. Thus, the movement of worker in to and out of the organization is termed as labour turnover.
MeaningRatio of number of employees that leave a firm through attrition, dismissal, or resignation during a period to the number of employees on payroll during the same.
DefinitionAccording to Dale Yoder:
